Stephen has created these cutters so that different techniques can be used to create imaginative cake styles. By using embossing, pressure piping, tube embroidery, painting and drawing, cut out embellishments which can all be used with the three different cutters- Peacock fan x 2 Right and Left, 11 cm x 5 cm Art Deco 9.5 cm x 9 cm and Marrakesh window 9 x 6.5 cm.
There are 6 pages of techniques on how to use, create, and make these cake designs. Once you have used them, your imagination will develop other ideas! Stephen has also used the mini floral, swirls, and sequin stencils with these cutters, along with the Trailing leaves cutter.
